Minneapolis band Greyscale ( greyscaleisaband ) crashed at my abode in southern Maryland after their show in Baltimore with Alleys. Great dudes making great music.
Hey if you’re near Roanoke VA, get your face to this because it’s gonna be awesome! and it’s only $4. C’mon.
Nam Le / Alleys / Greyscale Tour
Looking at this is making me wonder how we all fit in one van.
Nam Le is a punk/post hardcore band out of Philly. This song is from their self titled release.
I don’t know much about this band or have any experience with them other than enjoying their songs! Found it on bandcamp at some point recently.
This is definitely my favorite off of their self titled and I think it does a good job embodying their sound and showing how talented these musicians are.
The opening riff, it’s smooth transitions, and the vocal melodies on this song get me really hyped. It all resonates with me and it’s the kind of song that gets me excited to hear more and go out and see a band play.
I’m sitting here watching my friend play Dark Souls 2. This song is such a sick song to play while your friend fights huge monsters on a tv.
Check em out at their bandcamp.
So yesterday we had a barbecue with Nam Le and Greyscale and all sorts of friends who showed up to hang and swim. Then Target Practice played our first show at the house in Plymouth. Like 40 people showed up for our set followed by Shiver, Stolen Houses, Greyscale, and Nam Le who are very good friends now. It peaked around 50-60 people and a cop shut down the show at the end of Nam Le’s set. We hung out and had a fire and Nam Le, Greyscale, and friends passed out around the house around 4.
New York City was overwhelming and wonderful. Tour is going well.
